Who I work with:

I work with people ages 16 and older who are navigating the lasting effects of trauma, attachment wounds, and disconnection from self. Many of my clients grew up in emotionally unavailable or chaotic environments, took on parentified roles, or struggle to feel safe and connected in their relationships. In therapy, we explore these early patterns with care—building safety, self-trust, and a more embodied connection to your present life.

I’m particularly attuned to working with:

  • Survivors of religious or spiritual trauma

  • Adults living with complex PTSD or emotional trauma

  • Those drawn to somatic therapy or parts work (IFS) as a way to integrate mind, body, and story

  • Couples wanting to deepen connection, navigate conflict, or work through the impact of trauma and attachment histories on their relationship

My practice is affirming and inclusive, grounded in a systems lens that recognizes how culture, power, and identity shape our inner lives and relationships.

Whether you’re in a major life transition, healing from survival mode, or seeking more connection in your relationships, this kind of work centers your capacity to grow, integrate, and move toward what’s possible.
